Cleaning Procedure

Step 1: Preparation

Ensure dishwasher is cool and disconnected from power. Remove bottom rack to access filter assembly at the base of the tub.

Step 2: Filter Removal

Turn the main filter counterclockwise to unlock. Lift out the complete filter unit. The system consists of coarse, fine, and micro filters.

Step 3: Disassembly

Separate the filter components by gently pulling apart. Most Bosch filters have a simple twist-and-lift mechanism for easy disassembly.

Step 4: Cleaning Process

Rinse all filter parts under warm running water. Use a soft brush to remove stubborn debris. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Step 5: Reassembly

Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembly. Align arrows and markers, then press together until they click into place.

Step 6: Reinstallation

Place filter back into dishwasher base. Turn clockwise until it locks securely. Replace bottom rack and restore power.
