Filter Replacement Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Replacement filter kit

Step-by-Step Filter Replacement

  1. Prepare the Dishwasher: Turn off the dishwasher and ensure it's cool. Remove the bottom rack to access the filter assembly.
  2. Remove Old Filter: Turn the filter assembly counterclockwise to unlock it. Lift the entire filter unit straight up and out of the dishwasher.
  3. Clean Filter Area: Wipe the filter housing area with a damp cloth to remove any food particles or debris.
  4. Install New Filter: Align the new filter assembly with the slots in the dishwasher base. Press down firmly and turn clockwise until it locks into place.
  5. Check Installation: Ensure the filter is securely seated and properly locked. The filter should not move when gently tugged.
  6. Replace Rack: Slide the bottom rack back into position, ensuring it moves freely without obstruction.
  7. Test Operation: Run a short rinse cycle to verify proper installation and check for leaks.
