Professional Installation Procedure

  1. Site Preparation: Ensure proper electrical and plumbing connections are available. Verify floor is level and can support unit weight.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all transit packaging and protective films. Check for any shipping damage.
  3. Water Connection: Connect to cold water supply using approved hoses. Install water hammer arrestor if required.
  4. Drain Connection: Connect drain hose with proper air gap installation to prevent backflow and siphoning.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 15-20 amp circuit. Verify proper grounding and polarity.
  6. Level Adjustment: Adjust leveling feet to ensure unit is perfectly level in all directions.
  7. System Test: Run diagnostic cycle to verify all systems operational. Check for leaks and proper drainage.

Troubleshooting
