Parts Installation Guide
Spray Arm Replacement
Remove the lower rack, unscrew the spray arm retaining nut, lift out the old spray arm and replace with new one. Ensure proper alignment before tightening.
Heating Element Replacement
Disconnect power, remove lower spray arm and filter assembly. Disconnect wiring harness and mounting brackets. Install new element and reassemble.
Door Latch Installation
Remove inner door panel, disconnect electrical connections, remove mounting screws. Install new latch assembly and reassemble door components.
Water Inlet Valve
Turn off water supply, disconnect hoses and electrical connections. Remove mounting screws and replace valve. Check for leaks after installation.
Drain Pump Replacement
Remove lower access panel, disconnect drain hose and electrical connections. Remove mounting hardware and install new pump assembly.
Door Gasket/Seal
Carefully remove old gasket from door channel. Clean channel thoroughly. Install new gasket ensuring proper seating in channel around entire door.
