800 Series

• Won't Start: Push and hold the power button until all LEDs light up (about 4 seconds), then try starting again after a couple of minutes. Ensure the door closes properly.
• Display Issues: Reset by unplugging the dishwasher for 5 minutes. Clean the control panel regularly.
• Not Drying: Ensure you select a cycle option with a drying phase, such as Extra Dry.
• All Lights On: Unplug for 5 minutes to reset the system, or press and hold the reset button.

500 Series

• Beeping and Overflow (E15 Error): Check for blockages in the drain; reset by holding the start button for 3-5 seconds until the display clears.
• No Power: Verify all connections from the outlet; check circuit breaker.
• AutoAir® Not Opening: Ensure at least 6mm gap above the unit, slant forward slightly, clean door and seal.

300 Series

• Not Starting: Check the door latch assembly for proper engagement; reset by unplugging.
• Not Cleaning Properly: Verify the dishwasher tablet has fully dissolved; clean filters and spray arms.
• Poor Drying: Fill rinse aid dispenser and select the Sanitize setting.
• Water Accumulation Issue: Unplug, soak up water, and dry out with a fan before restarting.

Ascenta Series

• Not Draining: Clean the filter and check for blockages in the drain pump; inspect for suds indicating pump failure.
• Auto-Close Door Not Working: Check alignment and level the dishwasher frame properly.
• Cycle Not Completing: Replace the fill valve if filling issues; check water line and valve.
